Formerly a thriving dairy farm until the late 1990s, this property was lovingly restored by a local family dedicated to returning the land to its natural state. The land boasts an incredibly rare and vital habitat, including a section of littoral rainforest — an ecological gem recognized for its proximity to the ocean and its closed canopy.
